NEW York Jets quarterback Justin Fields turned heads with a statement regarding one of his position units.

The 26-year-old Fields has seemed to be getting more than comfortable with a position group with the 2025 season starting in just a few weeks.

The Jets are expected to be a run-oriented offense in the season under new head coach Aaron Glenn.

The team can utilize the read-option and other run plays with the speedy and elusive Fields, who's just three years removed from a 1,143 rushing yard season.

But New York will run the ball plenty with star Breece Hall and the 20-year-old Braelon Allen, who's impressed in training camp and the team's preseason-opening 30-10 road win against the Green Bay Packers .
