A federal appeals court ruled Friday that comedians Eric André and Clayton English can move forward with their lawsuit against Clayton County, Georgia, over a police practice of stopping and questioning airline passengers in the jet bridge.

The ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit reversed a lower court’s dismissal of the case, finding that the plaintiffs’ allegations of unreasonable searches and seizures were plausible.
