Justin Herbert and the Chargers offense got on the board in their first action of the 2025 preseason.

The Bolts quarterback, playing in the first preseason game of his career, led a nine-play, 51-yard drive that ended with three points after Cameron Dicker hit a 32-yard field goal.

Herbert completed two of five passes on the first drive, both of which moved the chains.

Herbert's first completion went to Ladd McConkey as the receiver picked up 16 yards. Herbert later connected with rookie KeAndre Lambert-Smith for a 29-yard gain on third-and-5.

Omarion Hampton had 12 yards on two carries on the opening drive in which the Chargers started an offensive line of, from left to right, Joe Alt, Zion Johnson, Bradley Bozeman, Jamaree Salyer and Trey Pipkins III.
