PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Ben Skowronek is not dressed for the team’s matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and will not play.

It is unknown what the injury Skowronek suffered is, and while guaranteed a roster spot, the severity of injury is also unknown. SKowronek did not a sling, boot, or any visible medical equipment on his body that would point to an injury.

Skowronek was a key special teamer and versatile player for the Steelers on offense last season. He was signed to the practice squad after being released by the Houston Texans.
