LOCKPORT, N.Y. — Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman, in a Facebook post on Thursday provided updates on two North Tonawanda motorists who were charged in separate hit and run incidents.
Amber N. Clark was sentenced on August 6 to 1–3 years in prison after pleading guilty to Vehicular Assault in the Second Degree and Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash Resulting in Serious Physical Injury.
Clark, according to Seaman, was under the influence of methamphetamine on Sept. 24, 2024 when she struck an e-bicyclist near the intersection of Niagara Falls Boulevard and 47th Street in Niagara Falls and fled the scene. The victim suffered serious injuries.
