SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane man faces charges for domestic violence, kidnapping and assault after allegedly hitting a man with his car and then kidnapping a woman who already had a domestic violence protection order against him.

Police responded to a 911 call Thursday night and found a man with significant injuries laying in the street. Police discovered the man had been assaulted by another man's car.

The next morning, police responded to a call reporting a possible abduction. A woman called police to say she thought that same man had abducted her relative, who already had a domestic violence protection order against him.

Police found the man's car, and then found him and the victim in a Spokane home. Police took the man into custody without incident.
