HERRIMAN — Two men have been pulled from Blackridge Reservoir in what police are calling a near-drowning.

Emergency responders were called to the reservoir at 15000 S. Ashland Ridge Drive in Herriman on Saturday evening after the two men, both in their 20s, apparently disappeared under the water while swimming, according to Herriman Police Sgt. Greg Shaver

The sergeant said he did not yet have many details on the incident, other than the men were pulled from the water and "life-saving measures" were administered to them.

Shaver said at least one of the men was transported to a hospital. Information on either man's condition was not immediately available.
