Tributes have been paid to John Lamb who died aged 15

The school of a 15 year old who tragically passed away last week has remembered his compassion, passion for adventure and his 'wonderful sense of humour'.

Ormiston Chadwick Academy has paid a heartfelt tribute to a cherished pupil, John Lamb. John, from Widnes, was celebrated for his 'extraordinary capacity to brighten the mood of those around him, even during the most difficult of times'.

Tragically, John lost his fight with a progressive illness on Monday, August 11. In a heartbreaking statement, a spokesperson for Ormiston Chadwick Academy said: "It is with deep regret that we must share the devastating news of the passing of one of our much-loved students, John Lamb, Year 11."
