Flagstaff home prices fell in July, according to recent reports from the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors (NAAR).

NAAR’s Market Review for July 2025 lists the median sales price of residential homes in Flagstaff as $650,000. This is 5.6% lower than June’s median sales price of $688,500 and 2.3% lower than in July 2024. Figures have been falling since May, though July's rate is still higher than the median reported in April of $595,000. Copy article link
