Grandstreet Theatre threw a block party Saturday to celebrate its 50th anniversary.

The event included an evening of live music, food from local food trucks, interactive games, a photo booth and the debut of limited-edition Grandstreet merchandise celebrating its half-century mark.

Grandstreet Theatre has been a cornerstone of Helena’s cultural life since 1975, nurturing artists, entertaining generations, and building a home where creativity thrives.

The celebration was in the City-County Building parking lot, across the street from the theater. The event was in partnership with the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce and the Helena Business Improvement District.
