There has been another potential twist surrounding the future of Leicester City midfielder Bilal El Khannouss amid interest from Leeds United .

The Whites have held talks over a possible move for the Morocco international , but things are yet to progress beyond that. El Khannouss was one of the bright sparks in Leicester’s campaign last season as they were relegated back to the Championship.

Leeds are not the only club interested in the player this summer. Over the weekend it’s been reported that Crystal Palace have made an approach to Leicester over a possible deal for El Khannouss .

The 21-year-old is seen as a possible replacement for Eberechi Eze who has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur. It now however seems that Palace are also looking at other options.
