Deion Sanders has never shied away from attention, and his approach to building Colorado's staff has been no different. With names like Warren Sapp and Domata Peko already helping develop the Buffaloes' defensive line, the presence of NFL legends has quickly become a selling point in Boulder.

The latest addition, former NFL quarterback Byron Leftwich, adds even more credibility to what Sanders calls an elite coaching environment.

But when asked recently about whether more Hall of Fame coaches could be on the way, Sanders gave a surprising answer. Instead of talking about fit, schemes, or the challenge of managing big personalities, Coach Prime simply pointed to the budget.
