An urgent appeal has been launched to find a missing man who was last seen in Wythenshawe Park.

Mason, whose surname was not disclosed by police, was last seen in the park in south Manchester at around 9.15am on Saturday (August 16). He had been reported as missing the day before in Trafford .

The 31-year-old is described as being a white male, 5ft 6ins tall, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and black shoes.

Greater Manchester Police issued an image of Mason as part of their public appeal and urged anyone with information to get in touch with officers.
