Police remain on hunt for offending vehicle

One person is in custody after a truck collided with a pedestrian and two vehicles in the Southview area of southeast Calgary on Saturday night.

Around 10:30 p.m., a vehicle described by witnesses as a silver Ford F-150 hit a pedestrian and vehicles on Ash Crescent S.E., the Calgary Police Service said in a message issued to media.

One of the vehicles struck in the incident south of 17th Avenue near 30th Street S.E. was parked and occupied, while the other vehicle was travelling when it was hit.

Two people sustained superficial injuries and didn’t require treatment at a hospital, police said.
