The Eagles traded for Houston Texans wide receiver John Metchie on Sunday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter . NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported the Eagles sent a 2026 fifth-round pick and tight end Harrison Bryant to Houston in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick and Metchie. The two Day 3 picks were swapped.
Metchie could become the Eagles’ No. 4 WR this season.
