Gloucester resident Oletha Etheridge recently won a $1 million prize from the Virginia Lottery’s $100,000 a Year scratch-off ticket game.

The Virginia Lottery announced on Monday, Aug. 11, that Oletha will split her winnings with her two daughters, Taletha and Takema.
