Bella Thorne and fiancé Mark Emms are engaged – again. The former Disney star popped the big question to Mark inside their living room, one year after he proposed to her.

"3 years ago we met, 1 year later he proposed, Now 1 year later so did I," Bella, 27, captioned her Saturday, August 16, Instagram post.
