MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Two people were injured in a head-on collision in the town of Oak Grove, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday night.
A red 2023 Chevy Silverado was traveling southbound on CTH A I, driven by a 66-year-old man from Illinois, when it was struck head-on by a red 2012 Ford Focus traveling northbound, driven by a 21-year-old man from Beaver Dam.
The driver of the Focus failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the center line, and collided with the Silverado, the Sheriff’s Office says.
The 66-year-old man sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam.
The 21-year-old man sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken by Flight for Life to Aurora Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc.
