Barbara Palvin has returned to social media after an extended absence.

The 31-year-old model shared her first post on Instagram on Sunday (August 17) since early June, and she opened up about why she’s been gone so long and shared some snaps from the past couple months.

In her post, Barbara revealed she was recently diagnosed with Endometriosis, which is a a disease in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, per the World Health Organization , and she underwent surgery.
