Six people were hurt Sunday when an empty car rolled into a crowd at a community festival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Just before 6:30 p.m., Pittsburgh police, fire, and EMS responded to Broad Street at Centre Avenue at the annual East Liberty Black Arts Soul-Steppin, Boots-on-the-Ground Wellness Festival, Harambee Style and Parade.
"I put the camera up to take a photo. And next thing I know, I see the car coming up in lanes. I dropped the camera, and they were ... it was already too late. They were already getting hit," said Ricco J.L. Martello, the event photographer.
He and witnesses told police that the car abruptly started rolling after the driver left, and ran into a small crowd of festival vendors and employees.
