A Michelin-starred restaurant has unveiled Britain's first-ever bottled water menu - with prices reaching up to £20 per bottle. Joseph Rawlins, 32, decided to launch the gourmet menu after seeking to offer something fresh at his Cheshire-based French fine dining establishment, La Popote. ‌

The co-owner and head chef, from Wilmslow in Cheshire, collaborated with one of just five British water sommeliers, Doran Binder, 52, to create the unique offering. Doran, from Wildboarclough, Macclesfield, Cheshire, has dedicated the past 7 months to curating the ideal bottles after Joe approved the concept in January
