Teen Mom alum Javi Marroquin and wife Lauren Comeau are set to welcome their third child.

Marroquin, 32, took to Instagram on Sunday, August 17, to share the couple's happy news. "The best honeymoon souvenir. So grateful to be doing this again with you momma!" the reality star captioned a photo of the pair holding Comeau's bump while posing on a beach. "You're the strongest woman I know and we are beyond lucky love you more each day."

Marroquin married Comeau, 33, in April 2024 and shares daughter, Maizee, 10 months, and son, Eli, 6, with her, as well as son Lincoln, 11, with ex-wife and Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry .
