Five people, including two children, were killed as a result of a Russian strike overnight in Kharkiv.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the victims included a one-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy.
Officials reported about 20 people injured. Two people were rescued from the rubble.
Kharkiv regional Governor Oleh Syniehubov said that over the past day, the city of Kharkiv and 10 settlements in the Kharkiv region came under strikes.
The number of victims may rise, as rescue works are continuing work at the site of strike.
