A three-bedroom house previously occupied by convicted murderer and former Met Police officer Wayne Couzens is reportedly on the market for £280,000. ‌

The 52-year-old, currently serving a whole-life prison sentence for the kidnap, rape and murder of Sarah Everard , resided at the property in Deal, Kent, with his wife Olena and their two children for five years prior to his arrest for kidnap in 2021. This was part of the investigation into the disappearance of 33 year old Sarah Everard. ‌

He was subsequently arrested for murder just a day later when her burnt remains were discovered in a wooded area near Ashford, reports the Mirror . ‌

Initially listed earlier this year for £300,000 but failing to sell, the property is described by estate agents as an "ideal terraced family
