The Browns have finalized a three-year deal with former University of Texas wide receiver Isaiah Bond. He flew into Cleveland on the night of Aug. 16, and the deal was completed Aug. 18, a league source confirmed for the Beacon Journal.
The deal, as first reported by Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot, is a fully-guaranteed three-year, $3.018 million, with a $53,000 signing bonus.
