WARREN A staffing agency doing business with Insight Health Systems, and previously Steward Health, is suing Insight for an alleged breach of contract.

According to court documents, Avantage Staffing Services, LLC is suing Insight, accusing them of not paying them money they've been owed since October of 2024.

The suit states that Steward had been working with Advantage since April 2021 until September of 2024, when Insight became responsible for paying them for staffing services.

According to the suit, these unpaid invoices span between October 26, 2024 and February 6, 2025. The suit states that Insight owes $304,815.02 in unpaid invoices, plus $26,285.25 in interest.

That interest will continue to accrue at $150.32 on and after August 1, according to the suit.
