Sabrina Carpenter is among the first wave of performers confirmed to perform at the 2025 VMAs, which will air live on Sunday, September 7th on CBS, MTV, and steam on Paramount+. Carpenter’s appearance comes in support of her new album, Man’s Best Friend , as well as her next leg of North American tour dates .

Other confirmed VMA performers include Ricky Martin (the recipient of the Latin Icon Award), J Balvin with DJ Snake, Justin Quiles, and Lenny Tavárez (performing “Zun Zun”), Busta Rhymes (recipient of the MTV VMA Rock the Bells Visionary Award), Alex Warren, and sombr. Additional performers will be revealed in the coming weeks.
