Pension experts are warning retirees and low-income families to make sure they're listed on their electricity bill before Sunday, 24 August. If not, they could lose out on the £150 Warm Home Discount this winter. ‌

The UK Government has broadened the programme to include more than six million households, a rise of 2.7 million from last year. But specialists caution that some qualifying families might still be left out if their electricity account information isn't sorted in time, reports Bristol Live . ‌
