TEEN Mom star Kailyn Lowry has left her fans convinced that she is undergoing a secret face lift.

Kailyn, 33, has shared a slew of snaps where she can be seen in a hospital bed with her face marked up in permanent pen - just months after her candid confession about undergoing multiple operations.

Just last week, Kailyn sat down on her podcast, Coffee Convos, and revealed she was planning on going under the knife again.

She said, "I’m getting my neck chopped off in two weeks, so I’m, like, sort of waiting to get Botox until after that."

“I’m really excited to have a snatched jawline," she continued. "What’s weird [is] when I sit up straight, I don’t really have a double chin, right.

"But it’s the angles that I always have a double chin. Sometimes I have three.”
