A man and woman have appeared in court both facing a trio of charges including attempted murder after a man was found seriously injured on an Aberdeen street.

Police and paramedics rushed to the Jasmine Terrace area of the city at around 2pm on Saturday, August 16, after reports of a disturbance.

A 39-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment to serious injuries. His current condition remains unknown.
