EVERETT — Riders utilizing Community Transit buses will soon see more frequent service and longer hours of operation along certain routes, the transit agency announced.

Here are some of the most significant changes coming to Snohomish County bus service:

• Route 117, which connects the Mukilteo Ferry to the Lynnwood City Center light rail station, will see a bus arrive every 30 minutes instead of once per hour on weekend afternoons.

• Route 121, which connects Ash Way Park and Ride in Lynnwood to the University of Washington Bothell campus, will now operate seven days a week, instead of only weekdays.

• Both routes 201 and 202 will see increased service. The two routes follow largely the same route between the Smokey Point Transit Center in Arlington and Lynnwood City Center station. T
