That’s the accusation facing Graciela Bustamonte, accused of torturing and killing 8-year-old Genesis Mata, her stepdaughter. Bustamante and Genesis's father, Ray Mata, have both pleaded not guilty to her murder and are scheduled to return to court on Oct. 16.
