China’s government land sales revenue down 4.6% Y/Y in January

BEIJING (Reuters) -A decline in revenues from land sales by China’s local governments slowed in the first seven months of 2025, data from the finance ministry showed on Tuesday.

The revenue slid 4.6% year-on-year against a 6.5% drop in the first half.
