The high school boys soccer season kicks off this week in Pennsylvania, and before we dive into the action, PennLive took one last look at what was a memorable fall last year. It culminated in four Mid-Penn Conference teams qualifying for the PIAA dance, Cumberland Valley ultimately hoisting its first state championship trophy.
Camp Hill, Trinity and Mechanicsburg were among the last teams standing as well, while other programs saw their best runs in several years, including Shippensburg and East Pennsboro. A year with that much star power calls for one last bit of recognition before the slate is wiped clean.
