After having his California medical license revoked as punishment for writing superfluous vaccine exemptions, Ken Stoller sought escape from the criticism in Montana, where he’s lived for the last four years. Now, the Bozeman resident is suing the federal government in the hopes that he can restart his medical career in his new home.
Filed last week in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the lawsuit challenges the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recommended vaccine schedule for children and asks the agency to relax its protocol until it can test the cumulative effect of immunizations on kids.
Stoller is one of two physician plaintiffs in the case. The other is Paul Thomas from Oregon. Both claim their licenses were revoked because they resisted CDC v
