During a meeting at the White House with President Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky handed Trump a letter from his wife for Melania. Zelensky said that his wife, Olena Volodymyrivna Zelenska, was moved to respond to Melania’s letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin expressing her concern for children. “It’s not for you,” Zelensky joked as he handed Trump the letter during the August 18 meeting.
