Kevin Costner is filing to dismiss the sexual harassment lawsuit brought against him by Ella Hunt’s stunt double , who claims she was forced to act in a “violent, unscheduled rape scene” during one of the “Horizon” films.
Lawyers Marty Singer and T. Wayne Harman, who are representing the 70-year-old two-time Oscar winner, say that Devyn LaBella expressed “only enthusiasm and gratitude” when she wrapped on the unreleased second installment of “Horizon: An American Saga,” according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
“There was no anger or resentment,” said Singer and Harman, who included declarations from cast and crew countering the claims by LaBella. In his declaration, Costner decried LaBella’s accusations as “absolutely false” and “deeply disappointing.”
