In February, Michelle Williams welcomed her fourth child — who is her third with her husband, director Thomas Kail — via surrogate. The 44-year-old actress previously kept the details of the pregnancy and birth quiet, including the baby’s name and sex. But during a Monday-night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! , after guest host Tiffany Haddish noted that Williams didn’t look like she’d given birth to multiple kids, she confirmed that their surrogate, whom she referred to as Christine, had delivered a baby girl.

“I’ve got to give a big shout-out to Christine, ’cause this last baby did not come through my body,” Williams said. “The miracle of our little girl is thanks to Christine. Maybe you’re watching out there; thank you, Christine.”
