COUNCIL GROVE, Kan. (KAKE) - A man wanted on an extraditable warrant out of Nebraska was arrested at a Council Grove car wash Monday.

Police say officers noticed the man, later identified at Daniel Mcauley, pulling into a car wash at 6th and Main around 11:30 a.m. Monday. Officers had received information that Mcauley was potentially armed, and a call requesting a temporary lockdown was placed to the nearby Council Grove Elementary School out of an abundance of caution.
