HOBOKEN, N.J. (PIX11) — Weekday commuters in Hoboken may want to keep the time of travel in mind for the next week.

Construction work will take place on the Park Avenue Bridge from Aug. 20 to Aug. 28 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., Hudson County and the City of Hoboken announced.

The roadwork will require northbound traffic to detour to Willow Avenue between 14th Street in Hoboken and 19th Street in Weehawken. According to the county, all southbound traffic will be open and maintained at all times. Northbound traffic will be open outside of working hours.

The work on the Park Avenue Bridge, which connects Hoboken to Weehawken, will focus on repairing and restoring the bridge deck and concrete substructure.

Messaging and signs are in place for the upcoming roadwork.
