Leandro Trossard has put an end to speculation over his future by agreeing to a new contract at Arsenal, according to reports.

There have been rumours throughout the summer that Trossard could quit Arsenal for a fresh challenge in search of more regular minutes, two-and-a-half years after joining the club from Brighton.

Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich had been exploring a possible move for Trossard while scouring the market for a replacement for Leroy Sane, who left to join Galatasaray back in June.

It’s understood there has also been strong interest in the 30-year-old forward within the Premier League.
