Steven Goncalves is leaning on someone special.

Nearly one month after Bryan Kohberger was sentenced to life in prison for the 2022 murder of Kaylee Goncalves and her three friends, her brother shared that he and Olivia Vitale — the reporter he met during the investigation—are now engaged.

"I interviewed Steven's family," Olivia detailed to NewsNation's Banfield Aug. 18. "This was when Bryan was still not arrested yet."
