HAMMOND — The former director of buildings and grounds at the School City of Hammond was indicted on charges related to child pornography after he used his district cell phone to access the illegal images and videos over the course of about two months earlier this year.
David Reyes was indicted Friday on charges of production, distribution and possession of child pornography, according to court records from the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Indiana. He was arrested the same day and made a formal court appearance before a magistrate judge Monday. A public defender was appointed to represent him.
