Correspondent Dina Demetrius Gives Update on Rural Broadband Access

In 2022, correspondent Dina Demetrius traveled to Phillips County, one of the poorest in Arkansas, to speak with residents who were trying to get access to a reliable internet connection. In the years since, Dina says not much has changed in the town of Elaine. She joins Soledad O’Brien to give an update on the community’s continued fight and looks at federal efforts to bring broadband to more people across the country.
