(WBOY) — The West Virginia Department of Health put out an alert Tuesday warning that some West Virginia residents may have been exposed to measles.
In a Facebook post, the department said that a confirmed case of measles traveled through the the Washington Dulles International Airport last week and that West Virginians may have been exposed. The positive case traveled through the airport on Tuesday, Aug. 12 and went through the main terminal. TSA security checkpoint, Concourse B and transportation from the main terminal to Concourse B, according to the West Virginia Department of Health.
The post said that the case was a resident of another state but "public health officials believe West Virginia residents may have been exposed." A similar alert was released by the West Virginia Departm
