It's officially back-to-school season in the Wilmington area.

Most public schools have either already started or start back Aug. 26, and whether or not you have kids you're going to be affected — if not by the traffic patterns in different parts of town and at different times of day, then by the unavoidable end-of-summer vibe that comes with school being back in session.
