If Aaron Glenn had already made his mind up whether the Jets' starters play Saturday night against the Giants, he wasn't ready to disclose that information following the conclusion of the teams' joint practices.

After beginning preseason play with a 30-10 triumph over the Packers last Saturday, the Jets and the Giants battled twice this week in workouts conducted in Florham Park on Tuesday and then in the shadows of MetLife Stadium on Wednesday. While starting QB Justin Fields and the first-unit offense had solid production on the ground Wednesday, the Giants pass rush was as good as advertised.
