MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Wolfchase Galleria is set to add a new anchor attraction as Lululand Adventure Park prepares to open a massive indoor entertainment center inside the former Sears space.
According to a permit filed with Shelby County, the project calls for the renovation of 75,000 square feet on the mall’s second floor. Plans include new rooms and minor electrical work but no mechanical or plumbing updates. The total estimated cost of the buildout is nearly $1 million.
CoStar previously reported that Lululand signed a 10-year lease for the property, securing its long-term presence at the regional shopping destination. The adventure park is expected to feature family-friendly attractions such as trampoline areas, climbing walls, ninja courses, obstacle challenges, and arcade-style games.
