The Rhode Island Attorney General's Office said it is conducting a review following the arrest of one of its prosecutors, who could be seen on body camera footage telling an officer, "You're gonna regret this," while being detained. Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan, 34, was arrested in Newport on Thursday for trespassing, according to the attorney general's office.
