Eleven people were arrested Monday in Jackson County, Indiana, during a coordinated immigration enforcement operation, police said.

Seymour Police and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office worked with the FBI and ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in the arrests, according to authorities.

Officials said those taken into custody had either unlawfully entered the U.S. or had previously been charged or convicted of crimes.
